Introducing New Career Mentoring Services
Whether you have found yourself frustrated with the job hunt, on the fence about pursuing an MFA, or just want some genuine feedback on your current work, you are in luck. SGC International is committed to supporting and advancing the careers of its member professionals and is pleased to announce the inauguration of portfolio and career mentoring services at this year’s conference to be held in New Orleans.
Be one of the first to have your portfolio reviewed or receive candid advice from a stellar line-up of experienced printmakers, educators and art professionals from across the country! A wide range of accomplished professors from top printmaking programs will be available to review your materials and answer your questions during a 20-minute personal interview, arranged in advance of the conference.
The mentoring services will take place on Friday March 16th from 1PM to 5PM in Grand Ballroom B at the Sheraton Hotel. Services are provided free of charge, with conference registration and active membership.
To participate, click the “Mentorship” option in registration. Registered mentees will receive a Mentorship Submission Form that they will need to submit to email@example.com by February 9, 2012 (the end of early registration). Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
